Knowing full well that he couldn't sufficiently moderate himself, he chose to cut it off entirely. Late in high school, he recognized his concerning addiction to video games as a form of entertainment and escapism. Firmly believes that one cannot help to love a people once they have truly come to truly and deeply understand them. Currently learning Russian and loves getting to understand and explore what makes people tick. Married to a wonderful young lady from Spanish Fork. In his free time, he likes to design and 3d-print. We also give some numbers to help drive home how precious the time we do have on Earth is, as well as how much you can do in your life if you remove time wastes. We also talk a little bit about the benefits of having some form of leisure and/or activities to relax for a little bit in life, and a couple of tips on how to keep from going too far into any one thing. What is keeping you from achieving what you truly want out of life? So we dive into that to start this episode out, and then we go on to talk about the effects that have happened in his life and how anyone else can do similar cost-benefit analyses to determine what it is that you may want to remove from your life.
